Shipping Policy

Delivery will be done within three (3) working days. For standard delivery lead time, please allow one (1) to three (3) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and six (6) to ten (10) working days for Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan. For any case of delay, we will do our best to support you but please understand that its come from the courier service

All orders are dispatched and delivered by J&T courier service, Monday – Saturday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For any specific courier service or urgent delivery, kindly contact our customer service for support.

During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfill our same day deliveries due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues when placing your order.
